Refund policy
At House of RAHA, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to offer you the best value, we follow a strict Damaged-Only Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or "style preference" once an order has been processed.
2. Reporting Damage
If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Mandatory Requirement: A clear, unedited unboxing video of the package is strictly required to claim a refund or replacement for damaged materials. This video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time.

Assessment: Once we receive your report, our team will review the evidence. If the damage is verified as a manufacturing or transit defect, we will initiate a resolution.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds for damaged items will be processed in one of two ways (at our discretion):

Replacement: We will ship a brand-new piece of the same design to you at no additional cost.

Store Credit: If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full invoice value, valid for 365 days on our website.

Note: We do not provide monetary refunds to original payment methods unless a replacement is unavailable and store credit is declined.
4. Conditions & Exclusions

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges will be applicable for the return of any items.

Mishandling: We cannot offer refunds for items damaged due to improper storage, exposure to water/perfumes, or general wear and tear after the 24-hour reporting window.

Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive physically broken (verified by unboxing video).
5. Cancellations
As our pieces are often prepared for dispatch immediately:

Before Dispatch: Cancellations made within 12 hours of placing an order are eligible for a full store credit.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
