  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, House of RAHA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistical factors.

To ensure your jewelry reaches you safely, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House No., Street, Landmark, and Pincode).

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Stay updated on your jewelry’s journey. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

We move fast to get your order to you, so please note the following:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order via your Account Dashboard or by contacting our support team immediately.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled
